    The only place worth visiting in the Royal Arcade is the cafe surrounded by yellow scaffolding. It was called planters. Many of the shops I liked have closed. Admittedly I am not drawn to the few left. athe place looks empty. The architecture was always beautiful. Its now covered. A historic place.
