  Computer meltdown is the best way to describe matters. Closely followed by a human meltdown ... mine. Problems with Office, Outlook and lost data ... all caused from a remote access session by a Microsoft Agent. Work emails all gone and nothing processing. Cue BITS. The cool collected Kieran processed well my panicked ramble. Reassuring words were spoken. 48 Hours later I collected my laptop all working! Outlook working, Data recovered, emails restored, a discovered Malware removed, Office doing what it should and a check over and a clean. BITS are well priced and the service is fantastic. The team are super friendly and personable and they are professional and knowledgeable and really care that you leave a satisfied customer. I rarely leave feedback for companies - these guys are worth doing so for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10.
