  I went into your store as I was looking to trade in a couple of unwanted games. I was served by Ollie and his service was excellent. He offered me a membership card and was very thorough with what I was asking of him. I also needed to buy a game with the money I made from the trade in's and he couldn't of been more helpful. His service was quick and easy but I could tell it was very efficient and he was making sure everything was done perfectly.
