  I've always been an o2 customer ever since I had my first mobile phone many years ago but this changed when I went in to buy a new phone. My existing phone had some problems which I was told in no uncertain terms could transfer to a new phone.What to do?Went to the Samsung shop where Amanda sorted out a new phone for me.She was kind,personable and set up a new phone with no problems. Some staff training needed in o2 particularly in customer relations.Sorry to leave o2 but you need to sort this out.

  Nice customer service, Adam was really helpful explaining all the changes on my contract, also helped me to transfer all info from my old phone to new one. Definitely deserve 5 star ✌
