- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆2017-07-01, by Steve PhillipsBeautiful architecture but almost completely masked by internal scaffolding for the past few months (Jan 2018). The shops are rather esoteric/exotic, and I feel it could do with one or two more mainstream retailers to attract people into the place.
