  I can’t speak highly enough about the service provided by the team at Vision Express in Bournemouth. They are all so friendly and helpful and when there was an issue which the optician could not resolve they made an immediate appointment for me to be seen by a specialist at the hospital. Fortunately for me the issue was resolved within the hour by the hospital, but the specialist there said the optician had done exactly the right thing. Sadly I am no longer able to wear contact lenses but was given a full credit against the lenses I had and great help and advice in choosing trendy new glasses suitable for tennis. 10/10 for service and value for money.
